Global Process for Standardizing  Employee Competency

More and more, businesses need to prove their employees are competent to outside auditors such as ANSI and other tracking bodies.

This example project shows the complete process of designing, developing and submitting a company competency program.

The guidebook is the completed document that defines competency within the business unit.  The assessment to achieve competency ties directly to the objectives in the guidebook.  The Tool Kit provides instructions to duplicate the process in the remaining business units at the company.

Comments from ANSI 2014:

"A very comprehensive effort that will certainly address the requirements and appears to drive value to the organization rather than just meeting the basic elements.  By far, one of the best designed and professional approach for managing competency.   It will be a simple means to identify who is approved for what functions and who is not."
